Ready For Concrete
With pits completed, sheets and anchors installed, the site is now ready for the next phase. The team has set up dewatering spears and finished grout injections, with waterproofing works in progress to prepare ahead of the concrete pour.

Working in a constrained environment has not been easy, but the MESO Team delivered precise engineered solutions to ensure safety and on time delivery. When complete, this development will feature 18 storeys and a one-level basement while retaining the heritage walls. We’re excited to see how this project develops further.

Dewatering Systems
Excavations are complete on site and the project is moving to the next phase with dewatering and permeation grouting.

Working extremely close to a heritage listed structure and in tight spaces, this project has demanded high precision and care from the MESO Team.
