MESO Solutions is pleased to provide an update on our project at 165-175 Mitchell Road, Erskineville, delivered for our client ACE Civil. Following the successful completion of the perimeter, works have progressed into bulk excavations and anchor installations. This major development will feature a two-level basement car-park.
Restraint System Installation
Momentum is building on site. The team on site is advancing ahead with anchor installations and permeation grouting as excavations continue. Despite challenging ground conditions, the crew has made steady progress, with more than 400 anchors installed to date.
Through careful planning and coordination on ground, the MESO team has kept this project moving safely and on schedule.
