Project Update | 1637-1647 Botany Rd, Botany.
MESO Solutions is excited to share the latest updates from our project on Botany Rd, delivered for our client DCN Group. When complete, this development will feature a 2-level basement with over 90 carspaces.
Groundworks Progress
With excavations now complete, the site has moved into its next phase. Dewatering systems are in, void formers have been installed and waterproofing currently underway. Concrete pour is in progress on site with MESO walls coming up soon. Our high-performance custom-engineered MESO Brace has been installed to provide additional support as works continue.
The project is on schedule and building well. Stay tuned for more updates as this development takes shape.
We design – with speed, power and innovation.

Mid-pour and progressing. Precision at every level - from the shoring wall right down to the slab.

With void formers in and waterproofing membrane installed, the site is ready for concrete pour.
