This is shaping up to be one of our more technically complex projects. Shoring just 1m from an existing structure raises the stakes – sites like these require a holistic engineering strategy with zero margin for error. With a heritage building on site, every decision matters – and that’s exactly where MESO’s expertise comes in.
On The Ground
The MESO team has hit the ground running on this project. Since breaking ground a few weeks ago, perimeter sheet pile installation is now complete. With the shoring system firmly in place, the site is ready to transition to its next phase.
