Shoring just 1m from an existing structure raises the stakes – sites like these require a holistic engineering strategy with zero margin for error. With a heritage building on site and working so close, every decision matters – and that’s exactly where MESO’s expertise comes in.
On The Ground
Since breaking ground a few weeks ago, the MESO team has hit the ground running. Perimeter sheet pile installation is now complete, and with the shoring system firmly in place, the site is ready to transition to its next phase.
