MESO Solutions is excited to share an update on our unique project in Waterloo for our client, DASCO. This residential development will feature three basement levels.
Current Progress
This site came with many unique conditions – the sheet piles had already been installed and our design team had to improvise. To support the existing perimeter, our team engineered the MESO Max Brace and installed anchors. Due to the nature of the site, the team installed void formers larger than typical, preparing this site for the concrete pour.
With more pits installed on site and void formers fitted, sections of this site are moving ahead with waterproofing and concrete. Despite the challenges and the unique nature of the site, the MESO crew hit the ground running and has kept this project moving forward.
