Project Announcement | 19a Evans Ave, Eastlakes

MESO Solutions is proud to announce the commencement of one of our largest projects to date, delivered for our valued client Builtcom. Spanning over 17000 sqm, this major project will deliver 1000 apartments and 1500 basement car spaces – a significant redevelopment of the Eastlakes Shopping Centre.

The Scale

This project is huge – on a scale that is difficult to capture from the ground. In fact, it required drone photography to showcase the ground it covers.

The works are substantial too – with sheet piles up to 18 metres in length and 6 rows of anchors designed to deliver strength and stability. With fresh materials delivered, the MESO crew is established on site and ready to kick off works with strong early momentum.
