MESO Solutions is proud to share progress updates from basement carpark construction project in Mascot, delivered for our client Astute.
A Strong Start
With tight neighbouring boundaries and underground services, every stage in this project required precision. The MESO team hit the ground running, installing 150+ sheets within the first few days. Keeping up the momentum, the crew installed over 50 anchors in a single day, driving early progress on this project.
On The Ground
With the perimeter secured, ground anchors and MESO Brace installed, this project is ready for the next phase. Pits have been installed on site and dewatering systems are locked in. The crew is moving ahead with grout injections as bulk excavations continue.
Despite challenges on the ground, the MESO Team has pushed forward and kept this development on track. More updates coming soon.
