MESO Solutions is proud to report significant progress a the luxury project in Blakehurst for our client, DCN Group. With temporary shoring now in place and bulk excavations almost complete, the site is almost ready to move ahead with permanent shoring.

This project will feature an underground carpark for 34 luxury apartments.

Weathering the Challenges

Weeks of heavy rain and difficult soil conditions tested the crew on site, but the MESO Mavericks delivered consistent, precise work.

The team kept the site safe and on schedule through every challenge. Despite wet conditions on site, the team moved ahead with anchor installations in puddles of mud and kept the site progressing. At MESO, each challenge showcases the team’s dedication and skill under pressure. Using a combination of ground anchors and bracing, the crew is securing the site for safe excavations.
