MESO Solutions is excited to announce the commencement of one of our largest projects of the year, in Rosebery. This 5 star iCRIT rating development featured 140+ residences and a 2 level basement – set to complete in early 2028.

Commencing Work

Works began in the first week of 2026 – the team has hit the ground running. String lines are in place, sheet piling, pre-drilling and welding is in full swing, with 40+ sheet piles already installed.

Tough Ground? No Problem

Hard ground and challenging site conditions have presented some early hurdles, but the team is pushing through. With one pit completed, strong early momentum is building across the site.
