MESO Solutions is excited to share an update on our unique project in Waterloo for our client, DASCO. This development will feature 400 residential apartments and three basement levels.
Current Progress
This site came with many unique conditions – the sheet piles were already in and our design team had to improvise with MESO Max Brace and anchors to support the existing structure. With unusually oversized void formers, this site is ready for concrete pour.
With more pits installed on site and void formers fitted, sections of this site are moving ahead with waterproofing and concrete. Despite the challenges, the MESO crew has kept the project moving forward.
