MESO Solutions is proud to be delivering one of our largest sheet piling projects at 903 Bourke St, Waterloo for our client DASCO. This site forms part of the upcoming Danks St District, with 6 buildings and 300+ apartments. This job also marked the debut of our new sheet piling rigs, which have been central to the development of this site. We’re excited to share the details.

Our crews have been driving full momentum since day one. With 677 sheet piles and more than 1,200 ground anchors, this site is setting new benchmarks for scale and complexity. This milestone brings together advanced engineering and on-ground expertise. Through ongoing soil and vibration monitoring, the team continues to keep the site safe while pushing ahead with precision.
Technology in Action
This project marks the debut of our newest rig, the RTG RG21T, capable of driving sheet piles up to 21.6m deep. The advanced capability has transformed the pace and precision of delivery, allowing the MESO crew to manage the site conditions with ease. With complex site conditions and a large scale, the Waterloo project highlights what MESO does best – combining innovation, technical expertise and teamwork.
