MESO Solutions is proud to announce our involvement in one of our largest and most technically sophisticated projects to date — 108 Joynton Avenue in Zetland, delivered in partnership with our long-term client, Deicorp.
This ambitious project marks another milestone in a trusted relationship built on performance, precision, and shared vision. It reflects not only the scale of our capabilities but also the depth of collaboration required to bring complex urban developments to life.
Groundwork Begins: Precision Meets Power
At this early stage, our team is undertaking predrilling and sheet piling to prepare the ground for what will become a significant structure in Sydney’s rapidly evolving inner south.
For this project, we’ve deployed MESO’s newest addition to our fleet — the RTG RG21T piling rig.
This state-of-the-art machine offers a rare balance of strength and sensitivity. Engineered for urban environments, it delivers deep foundation support with minimal vibration, helping us protect surrounding structures and reduce disruption in densely built areas.
Engineering Excellence in Action
The scale and complexity of the site demanded a high level of precision. To ensure alignment with all geotechnical and structural requirements, our engineering team completed over 150 design revisions — a testament to our commitment to accuracy and excellence.
These designs are so detailed, they’ve pushed the limits of standard hardware. In fact, file sizes have proven too large for mobile devices — a playful reminder that when it comes to geotechnical innovation, MESO is ahead of the curve.
