MESO Solutions is proud to share an update from our project in Eastlakes, delivered for our valued client Builtcom. This redevelopment of the Eastlakes Shopping Centre features 4 basement levels spanning 17000 sqm, making it one of our biggest projects to date.
Where Things Stand Now
The team completed perimeter sheet pile installations within weeks of commencing work – building strong early momentum. Since commencing work a few weeks ago, the team has built steady momentum to tackle scale like we’ve never seen.
With the perimeter installed, the team has moved ahead with ground anchor installations. This major project will have 6 rows of anchors for extra strength and stability.
Progress On Site
Anchoring works are about to wrap up and bulk excavations are in progress. Permeation grouting is underway on site as the team handles unpredictable weather conditions.
