TRUST THE EXPERTS
As land values increase and the density of development intensifies there is a strong drive to gain greater value from the developed land. This has led to deeper excavations in more difficult ground conditions closer to boundaries and other structures.
Of all the aspects of construction, inground works can be the most challenging. It is simply more difficult to control, presents more challenges and risks and there are more unknowns to deal with. These are only magnified when the aspects of the ground works are not effectively integrated to provide a single cohesive approach. There is simply more chance of experiencing difficulties and blowouts in costs and timeframes than in any other part of the construction process.
