About the Role
Ground Improvement Technician
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused technician to support slab jacking, concrete repairs, and injection works. This role involves carrying out structural crack repairs, water leak sealing, and remedial concrete works using specialised grouting methods. You’ll also assist with site operations, operate heavy vehicles, and contribute as a multi-skilled team member across commercial and infrastructure projects
Duties include but are not limited to:
Slab Jacking Lifting
Experienced in polyurethane and cementitious slab jacking techniques to correct settlement and re-level concrete surfaces.
Concrete Repair
Proficient in surface preparation, patching, formwork, and restoration of damaged or deteriorated concrete elements in accordance with industry standards.
Crack Injection & Leak Sealing
Skilled in the use of low- and high-pressure crack injection systems for structural repairs and leak remediation using polyurethane, epoxy, and acrylic resins.
Grout Injection Applications
Applied knowledge of permeation grouting, void filling, ground stabilisation, and waterproofing via various injection techniques.
Remedial Concrete Work
Capable of diagnosing and executing remediation strategies for structural and non-structural concrete issues including spalling, corrosion control, and joint sealing.
Skilled Labour Support
Competent in a variety of site tasks including demolition, jackhammering, mixing and application of materials, and safe operation of power tools.
Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Licence
Licensed and experienced in transporting equipment and materials to and from work sites, supporting logistical operations.

Demonstrate problem solving skills
Display punctuality, discipline, professionalism
Construction Industry White Card
Drivers Licence
Previous experience in the construction industry highly desired.
This is a Labour intense role therefore candidates must be physically able to fulfil the inherit requirements of the role.
